23 Weeks!

How far along? 23 weeks
Sleep: Sleep is ok, a bit hard to sleep unless I have all of the pillows.
Best moment this week:  My anatomy scan. It went super well, everything is healthy and it is a girl! Very excited. It took a long time to get the measurements because she was wiggling around so much.
Movement: Feeling lots of movements now.
Symptoms: Feeling sick less often.
Symptoms I DON'T have: not sure.
Food cravings: Nutella, cheesecake
Food aversions: Lots
Gender: Girl!!!
Belly Button in or out? innie, but getting flat.
What I miss: Beer/Wine
What I am looking forward to: Decorating the nursery, vacation in June.
Milestones: Anatomy scan is done, and just waiting to get to viability day (24 weeks). Although I think I am already there based on the measurements at my ultrasound. 
Size of Baby:
Grapefruit (Must be a monstrous grapefruit if it is larger than a banana)

10 Weeks

How far along? 10 weeks

Sleep: Sleeping ok.
Best moment this week:  We have told everyone now.  A little earlier than I had planned, but I think that's ok.
Movement: Way too early still.
Symptoms: Nausea, got diclectin which means I am still nauseous but at least I can eat. 
Symptoms I DON'T have: not sure.
Food cravings: salads, green beans, brussel sprouts, oranges, apples
Food aversions: anything greasy, chicken nuggets, chicken fingers, beef, hamburgers, fries, pop
Gender: Not finding out until the birth this time.
Belly Button in or out? innie.
What I miss: nothing at the moment
What I am looking forward to: I am looking forward to being able to use my doppler at home, and second trimester. 
Milestones: Our good ultrasound :)

Announcing to my Family

When my parents arrived on Christmas Eve, we surprised them at the airport with a sign Burke held:

Burke was so excited to carry the sign around and wouldn't let us touch it.

Mom was very excited.

Dad took a while to actually read the sign haha.

And then Burke decided to just run around for a bit with his precious sign.
